Celebrating 300 editions of the BUSA SAAFF Cargo Movement Report

This week, the SAAFF community proudly celebrates the publication of the 300th BUSA SAAFF Cargo Movement Report, an important milestone in a remarkable six-year journey.

The first report was circulated on 15 July 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed at the request of industry, it provided a timely, informed point of reference on the movement of cargo, supply chain conditions and related data.

What began as an urgent response to unprecedented disruption has grown into a trusted source of consolidated logistics information and evidence-based analysis, helping industry and other stakeholders understand changing conditions, identify trends and maintain a shared view of developments affecting trade and freight movement.

This milestone belongs to our communities, the research team, the institutions BUSA and SAAFF, our member communities and the network of collaborators who, through their commitment, support and participation, make every issue possible and relevant. Feedback from industry and the growing number of dedicated readers whose interest in the information shared adds to the value of the initiative, SAAFF celebrates you all today.
