We are proud to announce the launch of our SAAFF / CUSTEX Penalty Resolution Tool (CPRT ™). This online tool will allow you to log your penalty related query, be it administrative or otherwise, either at the Letter of Intent or the Letter of Demand stage, avoiding financial and administrative burdens on your organization.

The tool seeks to, inter alia, correctly apply the provisions of SC-CO-01-01-A01, legal prescriptions and constitutional objectives. Additionally the tool will trace the root cause and endeavour to build capacity to avoid a recurrence of such penalties.
